pop up ads

Everyme I go back to a general heading suchas coffee and donuts a pop up "ads by keep now" appears and totally interrupts anything I am doing. While writing this post it has taken over several times . How do I get rid of it. Using Firefox 29 browser and habe pop up window blocker turned on.
