Ribs in the smoker....

Following a great Memorial Day tradition, we've got a few racks of baby back ribs in the smoker. Dry rub, followed with a nice homemade sauce - great stuff when you have the day free to do it.:beer:



A question, though.....



Why does every spice rub recipe for pork ribs use kosher salt?
