Hewland mk9 problems

Just finished my first race weekend with a Legrand mk18 and had some transmission problems.



First in practice it locked in second gear. Removing the rear cover and tinkering with the "hockey stick" and shifting rods solved this.



Later no first gear.



Searched the forum and have found no answer, could someone point me in a direction?
