Helmet Sheild Tint?

Looking for some feedback from the experienced drivers who have used tinted shields. What color/ tint of shield is good for sun glare and can also be used during normal conditions (Smoked/ amber/ blue chrome/ etc)? Or do you use a clear shield with sun glasses? Your opinion and feedback are greatly appreciated. Thanks
