Formula Continental Preparation

Can anyone recommend reading material on preparation of Formula Continental cars or something similar. I've utilized the Carroll Smith books for years on prepping my older Lola FF, but I suspect some of my techniques may be dated. I'm looking for something going into detail regarding suspension setup, including preload and aero setup.



Any information would be appreciated.
