Any place for custom steering wheels?

Does anyone know a place that can modify or make a custom wheel for me and re-cover it in suede?



I have a 9.5" (240mm) flat bottom wheel from Racetech that I would like the flat bottom moved up about .5" to 1" toward the centerline of the wheel. I don't want to change the diameter or go to a smaller wheel....just move the bottom up a little.
