WTB: Keiser wheel halves

I'm looking for a few wheel halves to convert my sports racer to wider wheels. My current wheels are 13" Keiser Formula Kosmo's(15-bolt) in "6 & 8" widths and I'm looking to change to 8" & 10". These will get me there.

2 - 4" inner "large bells".
2 - 4" outers.
2 - 5" outers.
