Is it possible to race a Formula F without a pit crew?

Hi,

I'm a former Spec Miata racer who's interested in racing Formula Fords, especially in vintage racing.

My question is this: is it possible to race a Formula Ford without a pit crew? In other words, would I be able to strap myself in, attach the steering wheel, etc. without any help like many door slammer racers currently do?

Aside from endurance racing, I've never had or needed a pit crew.
