Used unbranded FF1600 integral filter oil pump with AN fittings and two new K&N HP1002 filters as shown. $425 shipped to a USA address, PayPal OK, no fee. Will trade straight across for a new AIM SOLO (not DL) or $100 and a used one.
I've been using this pump with my Kent motors on my Van Diemen RF98K FF1600 for a while, came on the Ivey engine that came with the car so Ivey would have supplied this originally as all engine work the former owner of the car had done was by Ivey. I have since sold the car and can't use this pump on my CF PRS as it uses the side engine mounts (so if your car uses the side of the block mounting points for the engine you can't use it either). I would not hesitate to keep this and use if it fit my current car.
Appears to be the same pump that Pegasus sells for $1009 sans fittings, right down to the no-name. Part #167-02, "FF Oil Pump with Integral Filter" in their catolog/online.
Not sure of the size designation of the AN fittings, but can tell you the OD of the male threads as shown is .867"/21.5mm (-10?).
Never had any issues with the pump, always ran at about 30+lbs hot, even in the hottest weather. Never needed to adjust the pressure relief, which as you can see there is plenty of adjustment left (the deeper the screw adjuster is into the body, the more pressure on the relief spring, so pressure relief acts at a higher pressure). Wear on the drive gear is well within limits as you can see in the photos.
A note: be sure to use competition filters with any race motor. They don't catch as small a particle but they pass the needed amount of oil at high RPMs, whereas a street filter will choke, risking oil starvation at the bearings.
