Comes with aluminum cover and Certificate of Compliance. This fuel cell is brand new purchased in September of 2015. Due to some frame modifications a new custom fuel cell had to be ordered. Price is firm $992.75 shipping included. I highly recommend getting insurance for shipping. Purchased through Summit Racing.
