An old time racer neighbor of mine used to race 914s. He said at times they had problems with over heating brakes/hubs/etc.
The solution was to use "heat sink compound" between the mating surfaces of the wheel and the hub. Allowed better transfer of heat to the wheel, thus better cooling...
Anyone use this ? or anything like it?
