Having a 2 Layer Suit tailored?

Has anyone had any luck having a their 2 layer nomex racing suit tailored.



I have very wide shoulders and a narrow waist and every suit company pretty much says i have to buy the largest suit they make due to my shoulders when my waist is only a 36.



Anyone have any suggestions or past history with having suits tailored?
