Zink b12

Hello, I have a Zink b12 and have a few questions. Im new to the Formula Vee and just picked up a car from up North and now going through everything and getting it ready. Two of the main questions I have are, 1- I'm 6'3 and would like to know a way of maybe making a little more room around the pedal area. 2-Is it ok to have the roll bar raised above your head, right now I'm just about even with it and have seen some that are much taller.
