Results are below for the Westward Ho round of the Formula Vee Challenge Cup which took place on June 21-22 at Nelson Ledges. This was the first event of the calendar year, but technically the second event of this year's championship as half of the Quad last October counted for 2014 points.
Ray Carmody sweep both Sunday races at the Quad last year, and also qualified on pole and took fast lap in each race, so he came into the Westward Ho weekend with maximum points so far in the 2014 championship. He also came into this weekend running the Canadian radial tires, which Dean Curtis also ran for the Saturday race of the Westward Ho event. I wasn't actually at the race track for the races, so see here for details of what happened --> http://ift.tt/1mcXZYG
