Best pump gas starter formula car

I'm looking to purchase a formula car that runs on pump gas. I'm new to this game and looking for advice on a reasonable (6 to 12K - I will consider spending more) starter car.



I'm located in the Northeast and will run with the SCCA and the FRCCA.
