Van Diemen shift knob

Does anyone know of a place that makes or sells extended height shift knobs for Van Diemens? Due to my tall and lanky stature, and resulting seating position, I would really benefit from having a taller shift knob in my RF99, and I was just wondering if anyone had come across these before or knows of a shop that fabricates them
