96VD Front wing cross tube material/thickness

I am going to make a spare cross tube for my spare front wing setup.

96VD with "orignal design" front wing and crush box.



Does anyone know the wall thickness and material these tubes are typically made from? I'm currently asuming it is 4130 CRMO but I am usually wrong when guessing at these things. I can drill the end of my old one to check the wall but was hoping someone might know off the top of there head.
