1974 Formula Ford Merlyn MK 25

1974 Formula Ford Merlyn MK25. 1600 engine (this is the uprated engine-dry sump with external pump still attached), Hewland Mk 9 transaxle (one expert told me it may be a mark 8). The car is currently a basket case (fully disassembled). It was a running and driving car before being disassembled and stored since the early 90s. Everything in the photo is there except the nose piece (bodywork). Being safe I would say it's 95% there. The car needs full restoration to go racing, but the potential is definitely there. Motor and trans both turn over, rear mag uprights are in great shape. Cylinder head has been cleaned up. Chassis and rollpan are straight, no damage. Bodywork is in ok shape, needs some repair to be perfect. New roll hoop was professionally installed to accomadate a 6 foot tall driver. I have many books and manuals that go with the car, as well as assembly/disassembly photos. I have the chassis serial plate as well. I have more photos, I know I didn't get everything in the photos.
