PFM engine frame (trunion)

Im converting to a bike engined car and don't need this piece. It appears to be in good shape aside from some paint chipping. Star racecars list this as $1600USD. What I would really like to do is trade it for borrowing a nose box so that I can make a mold. I would return the nosebox in the same condition after a month or so. (im pretty flexible on how long I would need it) If its in Canada it would be preferred, but I could get it sent to a friend in NY and go make the mold at their place. Or even a broken nose box that still has the mounts intact, and I can rebuild it. I would also like to get some measurements from the rear suspension pickups. Not setup info, just dimensions because I didn't get and thing rear of the bell housing.

Thanks, Jeff

Newbie to sim world

Okay I'm an experienced racer that owns an FST prep shop. I want to add a simulator for driver training and my own off season fun. Our investment is heavy in what we do and are putting most of our funds into new race cars to lease. Needless to say that gobbles up tons of cash. I actually have a chassis and body from an old Caracal and also an 84 Reynard FC that I would like to use in conjunction with the stuff for a simulator to give a real feel. What I need help with is the simulator side of the equation. Any and all suggestions appreciated. I'm enclosing a picture of the shop area that's being finished to house the simulator.

Fuel over winter and suggestions for a stand

All,

I am new to FE (first year). This is the first winter I will have my car in Virginia and I wanted to ask if I should stabilize the fuel in the fuel cell over the winter or just drain it all out?

This will be the first time I put the car up off the wheels over the winter. I plan to build a stand. Anyone have suggestions for a stand and where to place it under the chassis for a few months?

I read another thread on winterizing and wanted to see if anyone has any other suggestions for an expected hard winter in Northern VA.

Thanks,

Kelton
