I'm seeking a recommendation(s) for a firm/individual with the capability to concurrently measure a cylinder head's flow AND swirl.
also seeking a recommendation(s) for a firm that does laser cutting of 4130 tubing (round, square, rectangular, & streamline) per/based on supplied CAD solid models. the objective is welding ready tubes labeled to facilitate fabrication.
