Let's say for the sake of the discussion that I need to acquire a new (or possibly used) set of dampers for a late model (99-up) Van Diemen FC and that Santa potentially approved a purchase.
The obvious suspects are Penske, Dynamic, and Ohlins with 2" dia springs.
I pretty much know jack about spec'ing a set of dampers (let alone how they work beyond the basics).
What I need help with is how would I go about selecting a vendor to purchase said dampers and what do I need to know about valving them?
