I just got an email from My Laps that made me want to know a lot more than I do. You'll probably get this same offer too.
It's a "new lamps for old" offer that makes me think they want to get a continuing revenue stream from owner/users of their transponders.
The offer is to give 50% more time on a rental transponder if I send them my current transponder. That is: 7 1/2 years rent on a new transponder for only 5 years of rent.
OK as I don't pay rent now and own my transponder, why would I want to take them up on this offer?
What have I missed? Or do they think we're that stupid?
