My goal is to get into vintage racing this year. I like the 50's era Formula Jr. Cars as well as late 60's Formula Ford cars, for example there is a 67 Russell Alexis Formula Ford (love the cigar nose body look) for sale currently in the classifieds that I am very interested in however my height is 6'3 and weight 215lbs, so when I inquired about the car the seller said I would be way too tall for this car. So my question is can these types of cars be modified for tall folks like myself or am I dreaming of one day racing and fitting into this era of cars? Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
