Garage Floor Coating

I'm buying a new house and want to put a coating on the garage floor. I did a search for garage floor coatings on ApexSpeed and it looks like all the threads are rather old so I was wondering if there are some updated insights as to what to use. I was looking at this stuff http://ift.tt/1RxmG4S but I have read that the epoxy coatings scratch so I could see lots of damage happening to the floor if I'm using floor jacks and such. Any recommendations?
