RF88 spring rates ???

Getting my first FF ready for a track day or test day. I currently have bilstein shock and wonder what spring rates to start with ..... I believe initially I will be running a treaded tire or a toyo 888. Where should I start ? The car came with unmarked springs and I want to start over with a known rate so I can adjust from there. Can anyone give me a great starting point or a known setup for road racing?
