Moreno raced in '83 Formula Mondiale series for Theodore/Agapiou. The team was lean, but took the fight to Andretti/ Conti team. The car carried only Ocean Motors logos. I would greatly appreciate anyone with first-hand knowledge of the teams exploits and photos of the car/team. Thanks!
