Calling all FC drivers in the NEregion

At the first 2 Majors races in Florida 2 FC cars, the top runners, showed up at one and 3, the top 2 runners plus one, showed up at the second. Really ?!! That's a discouraging way to start the year. What is the status of the FC racing community in general but for me in the NER? How many FC drivers are in the region and what are your intentions this year? A lot of this post is because I have been in contact with the FV community who have been trying to change a situation that not only they don't like but I think many of our group, FA,FB,FE, and on and on, also don't like . That is the FV's and we as a group do not like running with each other. To use as an example both LRP and Thompson it becomes evident quickly that getting a clean lap in will only happen on lap one. After that in becomes an endless exercise in trying to tell what the VEEs will do and when can I get around them. Believe me these guys are good at this. The life they save may be there own. During a race it becomes even more a problem when racing for position in our group. The closure rate of the faster open wheel cars versus the slower FV cars is fast enough to create a situation where someone is going to get hurt and it will be no ones fault but still someone will be hurt. The problem has been identified that you need enough FV cars to show up to have there own group. But on the other side you need enough of the other cars to show up so WE don't get lumped together with the FV's to upset there race. So there is an effort to improve the numbers of other cars in our group to show up and race at all the races in the NER. The NER has been listening to the complaints and have agreed to at least listen and if possible make an effort to make sure there are 2 groups at the races when enough cars show up in both FV and the fast open wheel cars. So how can we help? Can we find a way to communicate with each other to know who is planning on racing where and maybe persuade others to come join the fun. It is pretty obvious what the answer is, how to accomplish the task is the hard part. Now comes the debate, how can we make this happen.
