Mystery wheels.. can you ID these?

These wheels are on a 1980 Zink Z-16. Alloy wheels. Not any of the usual suspects nor any I have ever seen (but I'm a newbie, so...)

Any help is appreciated. Not critical as I plan on keeping them; I just like to know what's on the car for the build book.

P.S. - the bolt sticking out of the center holds the spindle on and I'm trying to figure out a socket deep enough to get that nut off so I can replace that bolt with a shorter one. I think I've found one on ebay but if any of you have any genius ideas about getting it off (torqued to 150lb, btw), I'm all ears.
