What to do with an old block?

I have a complete Kent short block that has two issues. 1) It could use a sleeve for one cylinder. 2) A mounting ear has broken off. My Van Diemen does not use the side mounts on the block, but does use this tab and the one above it for a plate that bolts to the frame.

Is this worth fixing? Time for a replacement? Would anyone want it?
