Old but viable ATL fuel cell

This is a 1999 ATL model FC152 fuel cell. I tested it overnight and it holds fuel just fine and the foam seems fine all the way to the bottom. Obviously with a 1999 build date it is well past the tech inspection valid date, but maybe it's useful to someone doing autocross or building cars and needing a cheap cell for test fitting purposes. If it's worth $100 that would certainly help toward a new cell for my car, but if it's not, then make me an offer. I can bring it to the IMSA race at VIR in August or the Gold Cup race at VIR in September since it would be difficult to ship now that it has fuel fumes.
