I am having trouble with clutchless [and sometimes with clutch] downshfts from 3 to 2. I had to buy a new selector finger as the bushing area was worn, and the "business ends" are not the same. I was considering filing the new one along the edge, as the old one is either modified or worn down there, but don't want to ruin an expensive part. Any thoughts?
