Formula V Tire treatment?

I'm the proud new owner a used Mysterian M2. It came with 4 sets of hoosiers, last raced in 2009!

Would Formula V tire treatment get me anything from these rocks, or should I ditch them.



I am in the "learning to drive the car" phase. I plan on a couple of track days before going to school, getting a license etc..
