I have seen a few discussions here about rental trucks
I was just over at an Enterprise Rental Truck site and they had F250 Super Duty crew cab Diesels for rent they had electric brakes and hitches on the trucks.

The guy told me they have them at all their locations and they are about $100 per day with no mileage if you do not leave the state.
