leaky fuel cell, 2001 RF01

I have basically a brand new ATL fuel cell. I have noticed for the past few months that it has started to seep. recently the amount has increased to a little over 2/3's of a cup within a 24 hour period. I pulled the cell (what fun!) and found that the bottom of the cell was blistered?? no other signs of abrasion.. I have been running 110 leaded fuel and just recently re mapped the motor and have been running 93 octane. what would cause this?? any great suggestions for repair???
