Oil pickup tube, tube supplier?

I am modifying my oil tank pickup tube on my 96 Van Diemen and am having issues geting the right size tubing



My pick up tube is to my best measurements

.815OD (21mm)

.710ID (18mm)

.045-.050 Wall (1.1-1.2mm)



I tried ordering some 13/16 tubing but am just not happy with the fit.

Does anyone know where I can order a foot of 22x18x2 metric tubing(steel).

My local place can get it but only if I order 40ft at over $400.



Or Does anyone have one, or know who I can contact to get a van diemen Oil pickup tube with the scalloped bottom made to be centered in the tank?
