Trailer/Car Storage Near Detroit?

I'm moving to the Auburn Hills, MI area in a couple weeks and would like to find someone with shop and trailer space. Any suggestions?

I'm renting an apartment for now and thought about renting a storage unit until I have my own garage, but would really like to find shop space where I can keep working in the meantime.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
