Kent Block From OMC Stern Drive ID Help

I bought a 1.6L short block (actually complete motor) from an OMC stern drive that looks to be identical to the block in my Crossle 30F I used to run, including the engine mounting bosses. I sold the car, but still have the short block. Is there a way to ID this block to see if it is indeed compatible for building as a FF motor? The block seems to have little wear, with no cylinder ridge or scoring. Thanks for any info.
