Is there a rule of thumb for initial pressure ambient temp?

Is there a way to at least estimate what a change in ambient temperature means as far changing your initial tire pressures?



If you started with (say) 14f/16r at 70F and then your next weekend the ambient temperature rises to (say) 90F, how much do you need to adjust your initial pressures?
