Van Diemen rear upright bearing replace

Hi, I need to replace wheel bearing on rear upright of my 95 Van Diemen. Should I use heat to remove/install? If so, heat to what temperature?

The front has a spanner-type threaded sleeve on the inside of the upright that appears to need removal to get the bearing out. Is there a special tool for this? If so where can I get one? Thanks for any help you can be.

Also, any tricks or precautions anyone has for doing this will be appreciated
