Ok guys this is a dumb question. I am putting my Ensign LNF3 back together and noticed that the water pump drive belt is very loose. I want to change it, but more importantly I cannot seem to figure out what sets the tension on it. A picture is attached of it. None of my manuals seem to address this, and all a google search comes up with is changing the water pump itself.
