Many years ago, my father, Bob Lillquist, began racing a GP Spitfire in SCCA, circa 1968. Then onto FF in 1970 in a Lola T200. Many formula cars and decades later, we had a chance to chat last weekend and swap lies about who is/was faster. I can remember going to races in the SER throughout my early childhood. Fast forward 40 years and here's a picture of he at 74 and me at 51 talking about the line at COTA. Good advice or not, some things are priceless.....
