Tire Rack Mounting Help

Hi All:

Just picked up a new-to-me trailer with the seamless exterior and I need to mount a tire rack (48" or 64") inside. I really don't want to run bolts through the exterior skin and through the wall studs to mount the rack.

Anyone have an idea how to mount the tire rack from the inside, thus not drilling through the exterior?
