Maximum acceptable play on king pin

Hi:

Here's a video that shows how much king pin play I have on my set of spindles. This is up and down play, no play side to side.

The first one has about .015, the second one has about .005. Should either or both be shimmed?

I am tracking down heavy vibration under breaking, it seems to have come back and I wonder if the king play is the cause of it.
