Replay XD prime x issue

Last event, the camera recorded many videos during each session, most of them 40,992 KB in size, which was about 20 seconds. Today has been worse, with it switching between that size and half that size, alternating.

Any ideas for a fix? I can't just edit them together because it restarts several seconds later.
