The final race for the US 2014 Hoosier Racing Tires US Formula 1000 Championship West presented by Sunoco Race Fuels, George Dean Racing Engines, Jongbloed Racing Wheels, Hyperco, Hurley Race Products and Taylor Engineering and Sprocket Specialists. is coming up at Laguna Seca on Sept 12-14, 2014.
Larry Vollum has already secured the Drivers Championship and is in leading contention for the overall US 2014 Hoosier Racing Tires US Formula 1000 Championship with a chance to increase his lead over his nearest competitor Jeremy Hill.
Drivers currently registered for the season final are:
1. Larry Vollum
2. John LaBrie
3. Duane Eital
4. Remington Hudson
5. Gary Hickman
6. Randy Cook
7. Tyler Thielmann
8. Rod Rice
9. Jose Gerardo
One additional entry will be 10 entries and will see full Hoosier prize contingency given out. It would be great to see a double digit entry for this warm-up to the Runoffs.
