Chain Tension - Is This Normal?

I've read in a lot of places that it is normal for the chain tension on a MC engine to change from one spot on the chain to another. But I'm not sure how much of a change is acceptable. Here's a video of the chain on my car, a Cheetah (formerly DSR).
