Front tires all around

Lately I've seen more cars running front tires all around. Aside from slight gearing changes what modifications if any need to be considered? It seems that the Europeans have always run the same size at all corners so it shouldn't be a big deal. Presumably the top speed would be higher and the car would rotate quicker. Any thoughts?
