Pegasus Internal Hydaulic Clutch Bearing Release Tester

Does anyone have any experience with this test fixture? Is it just a novelty item or does it have a real benefit? Given all the issues with these Van Diemen annular slave cylinders it seemed to me this would be a good tool. Any feedback appreciated
