Has anyone recently done business with, or know the status of Shelter Systems (Chicago)?
I ordered an attached trailer canopy from them last summer. I was in contact with them and knew of some supplier problems. The order was cancelled per their "no backorder" policy. Last month I placed a new order. The web site is up and I got an auto confirmation. BUT, I have received no replies to subsequent e-mails, and their phone appears to be out of service. Out of business? Illness? Take winters off and go to FLA? :confused:
