oil pressure sensor longevity

I currently have the VDO sensor remotely mounted via a chunk of brake line. Been contemplating switching to the MSI style hearing that it was more robust.



Has anyone had any comparative experience with either attached directly to the block? Heard the MSI was more accurate - any experience with that out there?
